Get Your Business Idea Investment‑Ready In 10 Weeks

We are excited to announce that the call for applications are officially open for the 7th batch of our SmiLe Bootcamp, formerly known as Health2B. SmiLe Bootcamp is a ten-week virtual development program designed to accelerate early-stage HealthTech, MedTech and eHealth start-ups to develop their business idea and become investment-ready.

The application deadline is March 14, 2021.

The virtual program is free and is run by SmiLe Incubator, a non-profit business incubator for life science startups that does not take equity in the supported companies.

SmiLe Bootcamp provides early-stage entrepreneurs business development knowledge and skills that ultimately helps them to verify their innovative business ideas and turn them into scalable businesses. During the course, SmiLe´s experts and partners will coach and support the entrepreneurs to prepare them to be ready to pitch and attract investors.

Among the trainings, participants will cover topics such as value proposition, business models, IP strategy, research & development, financial structure, and sustainable development goals.

SmiLe Bootcamp is an intensive program that requires a truly innovative business idea and the participants’ commitment to realize it. Therefore, it is not a coincidence that last year’s graduate Alice Mattsson, was named by Venture Cup to have one of 2020 best business ideas in Sweden, and that the founders in an earlier batch, Frida McCabe and Linn Wrangmark from Medow, both got recognition by being listed on the business news Rapidus´ 34-list of young entrepreneurs.

“The previous years, and especially at our 6th batch that took place last fall, we have been overwhelmed by the quality and number of applicants to our bootcamps. Therefore, we are very pleased to offer the program again already this spring”, says Ebba Fåhraeus, CEO of SmiLe Incubator.

Some testimonials from earlier participants:
”I have gained a higher confidence as an entrepreneur which would have taken much longer time to gain all by myself. … and the network I got I will most certainly hold on to even after the program”. (Liza Tchapanova, TrackPaw)

”I have defined who our core customer is, as well as developed the core building blocks of our company. The best part was the one-on-one coaching and to having someone to ask the difficult questions to”. (Filip Peters, Acorai)
