SmiLe strengthens team in Marketing and People & Culture

 

To further strengthen the SmiLe team and provide extensive support to the incubator companies, we are pleased to introduce two new team-members: Maria Sverka, Marketing Manager, and Lena Axen Jergmo, People & Culture Coach.

Maria Sverka has been recruited as Marketing Manager responsible for developing the marketing strategy as well as the SmiLe brand and visual identity
in order to attract more entrepreneurs and to market member companies. Maria holds a B.Sc. in Economics and M.Sc. in Marketing and has extensive experience from marketing and PR positions in international companies in the advertising, cosmetics and hospitality industry, amongst others.

Maria will be focusing on creating brand consistency and developing new content and marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase awareness and visibility of SmiLe and the member companies.

“I am thrilled to work in such an international, diverse and exciting organization. SmiLe is already a recognized brand with so much potential and I am looking forward to stepping up our marketing efforts and expanding international reach”, says Maria Sverka.

Lena Axen Jergmo takes on the role as People & Culture Coach supporting the member companies in various human resource issues. Lena holds a M.Sc. in Behavioural Science and brings more than 25 years of expertise in leadership-, team- and organizational development. She has worked in several different industries and has experience from both large, Swedish based multinational companies as well as smaller, entrepreneurial businesses.

Lena will be available one day a week, providing support to SmiLe member companies in human resource related issues, with a special focus on leadership-, team- and organizational development. She will also offer coaching.
