Want to “SmiLe up” with us?

Hi there, Community member! The 1st of September we´re launching SmiLe Up –  aka the way we live and breathe our core values. SmiLe Up is how we do things the SmiLe way. We invite you to join us as we´re about to SmiLe Up our events, our meetings and our work. 

We have identified four core values to guide us in our daily work in creating as much value for you, our startups, as possible. We are convinced that this is what makes SmiLe – and the entire Community – work so well. 

These core values already guide our everyday work but we constantly strive to live and breathe them even more. Now we want to address and draw focus to the values and create buzz throughout the Community. When we say “SmiLe up this meeting” or “SmiLe up your process” we want you to think of the core values.

We amplify achievements by cooperation and support; We connect, encourage and create value; We work in a field with great impact on global human wellbeing.

2. Professional   

We share our expertise and knowledge; We challenge, coach and support.

3. Inclusive   

We value diversity. We are curious and welcoming.

4. Friendly 

We are generous and helpful, creative and brave, as well as engaged and passionate. 

 

WHY?

“Core values, aren´t these mainly for internal use? Why is SmiLe inviting us in the launch of their own core values?”, you might wonder .

"Yes and no. We want to focus on these values in order to further embrace how our work and also the community already lives. We want to enhance our work for you, so you can develop your companies faster and better. During the launch, you´ll get to know us and community members even better. And you may also be inspired by them, just as we are”, says Ebba Fåhraeus, CEO of SmiLe Incubator.

HOW?

We will include a twist of the core values in our daily work and there will also be some special activations. 

 

WHERE & WHEN?

From September till December we will put extra attention on one of the core values each month. There will be a series of monthly activations for which you'll be informed through email and posters in our premises.
