Advanced Cell Counter from ChemoMetec now available at SmiLe´s labs

 

Thanks to a collaboration between SmiLe Incubator and the instrument company ChemoMetec A/S, life science companies now have the possibility to run their own cell samples in a state-of-the-art cell counter at SmiLe's open labs. The cell counter will be avaliable at SmiLe for one year.

 

SmiLe Incubator has the privilege of being part of a sponsorship program run by ChemoMetec A/S. As a result, Chemometec has now placed its instrument NucleoCounter® NC-202 ™ at SmiLes Open Labs for one year. The instrument provides very fast and robust analysis responses, even at high cell densities, and will be available to SmiLe members and other companies.

Facts about NucleoCounter® NC-202™:

• ChemoMetec has developed a cassette that combines sample aspiration, cell staining and counting chamber-loading into one single step.
• The NC-View™ software will automatically acquire fluorescent images, identify cells and present the data.
• The cell counter offers the best cell counting precision on the market, with full linearity up to 1×107 cells/ml and high data robustness.
