Anders Wramner: new People & Culture coach at SmiLe

SmiLe Incubator is thrilled to present Anders Wramner, our new coach in People & Culture, who will support SmiLe member companies in matters relating to leadership, organization and personnel.

Anders Wramner brings extensive experience to SmiLe. He has worked with staff-related issues in groups such as Tetra Pak, as well as within municipalities and small enterprises. For the past seventeen years, he has taken on assignments through his own business, the majority involving working as HR manager.

For the past month Anders Wramner has been working as an employee at SmiLe Incubator. He focuses on supporting SmiLe’s member companies in matters such as recruitment, as well as how to build a good corporate culture, engage employees and achieve good group dynamics. He will hold a variety of courses, have leadership programs and provide individual coaching.

One of the most important tips he wants to give CEOs of early companies is to avoid falling into the pitfalls associated with hiring the first employees:

“People who start a company may be so preoccupied by the concept, that when it’s time to start hiring the first employees, they may forget that a healthy group dynamic is essential for success. The easy route is to hire people who are similar to you, but my experience is that the team also needs people who challenge your ideas and have complementary traits. I enjoy working with both teams and individuals, I’ve spent considerable time on that in my career,” says Anders Wramner.
