Entrepreneurs and researchers discuss cancer

About 100 entrepreneurs and researchers are expected to attend a full-day event to “Focus on Cancer Collaboration” at Medicon Village in Lund, Sweden, on May 16. Participants will find new ways to collaborate in the fight against cancer among clinics, researchers and companies. Participants will include about ten companies from SmiLe Incubator, which is one of the sponsors.

The event is being held for the fourth time and is organized by Lund University Cancer Center (LUCC), LU Innovation, Medicon Village, BBMRI.se, Medicon Valley Alliance and SmiLe Incubator.

“The SmiLe community includes a large number of companies that work with cancer-related diagnostics and therapy, so we are highly motivated to support the Focus on Cancer Collaboration event. We believe that collaborations produce far better results,” says Ebba Fåhraeus, CEO of SmiLe Incubator.
