Eva Klevås new People & Culture Coach

Eva Klevås

Smile is delighted to welcome Eva Klevås as a new coach in HR/People & Culture to support our incubator companies and alumni companies in their organizational development. She has extensive international experience from work in large and small companies in multiple industries.

Eva Klevås joins SmiLe with 25 years of work experience in Sweden and internationally. She has worked in leadership positions and as a specialist in large companies, such as Tetra Pak and Scanfil, as well as in smaller companies. She has also started and run a startup company in an incubator environment.

One of her primary strengths lies in developing organizations, as well as implementing new and better work methods. Eva Klevås has extensive experience in all areas of HR/People & Culture and will offer advisory services and courses in, for example, labor rights, recruitment, and leadership and organizational development.

Building high-performing teams and developing analyses of operations are Eva Klevås’ major passions. With her extensive knowledge of various cultures and experience from industries such as production, IT, energy and the public sector, Eva Klevås will contribute to significantly strengthening organizational development in SmiLe companies.
