SmiLe strengthens advisory services in finance

Smile Incubator is strengthening the team with a new business advisor who specializing in financing matters. Beginning on June 1, Thomas Unt will be able to support SmiLe’s incubator companies in their efforts to prepare to raise venture capital.

Thomas Unt´s primary focus will be on financial matters and corporate development. He most recently worked at NorInvent, where he served as CEO and was later responsible for the company's IPO process. He has many years of experience in the financial industry and has been active in a number of entrepreneurial development companies with responsibility for venture capital acquisition and corporate structure.  

“Thomas provides important skills and extensive experience in financing issues. We will be able to focus more on helping companies to prepare for investments than we had resources for in the past. We’ll also commit to building an investment network around SmiLe that can
step in after the business angels,” says Ebba Fåhraeus, CEO of SmiLe.
